The mobile number is registered under my ID or the ID of a first-degree relative, but I failed to register in Tweeq. What could be the problem?
Sometimes, even if the mobile number is registered under your ID or that of a first-degree relative, as shown in the 'Arqami' service, there can be an authentication issue. To resolve this issue, contact the technical support of your telecom service provider and request the cancellation of fingerprint authentication and re-authenticate the number using an access code. After authentication through the access code, you will receive a message from your telecom service provider confirming the successful authentication. Then, try registering again in Tweeq, and you should not face any problems, God willing.
