Lost or stolen card?
Don't worry
If your card is stolen or you suspect fraudulent activity, it's crucial to freeze it immediately. This will secure the card and prevent anyone from using it for any transactions until a replacement is issued. You can also permanently block your card and ask for a new one.
Temprotatly freeze the card:
Tap on Cards (💳) at the bottom menu
Select the card you want to freeze
Click on the Freeze card (🔒) to freeze the card
Confirm freezing your card by clicking on Freeze card
Permanently block your card:
Tap on Cards (💳) at the bottom menu
Select the card you want to block
Tap on "Report and replace"
Specify the reason for replacing the card:
If you have a physical card, you will have only three options: damaged, lost, or stolen.
If you have a virtual card, you will have only one option (stolen).
Set your delivery location
Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number
Confirm by agreeing on the replacement fees, which is SAR 26 + VAT
If you don't wish to replace your card you can just Freeze it Temporarily.
