Lost or stolen card and ordering a replacement card

If your Mada (Physical) card was lost or stolen, don’t worry and follow these steps ASAP:

  1. Tab on the card at the bottom menu on the home page

  2. Tab on (🔒) to freeze your card

  3. Tab on report or replace card

  4. choose the replacement reason: damaged, lost, stolen

  5. set your delivery location

  6. Enter the OTP sent to your phone

  7. confirm by agreeing on the replacement fees, which is SAR 26 + VAT
