Lost or stolen card and ordering a replacement card

If your Mada (Physical) card was lost or stolen, don’t worry and follow these steps ASAP:

  1. Tab on the card at the bottom menu on the home page

  2. Tab on (πŸ”’) to freeze your card

  3. Tab on report or replace card

  4. choose the replacement reason: damaged, lost, stolen

  5. set your delivery location

  6. Enter the OTP sent to your phone

  7. confirm by agreeing on the replacement fees, which is 25sr + 3.75sr for VAT
