Card Management

Tweeq provides complete control over your cards through our fast and easy-to-use app. Multiple options allow you to manage your card settings, change the card passcode, and view card information.

Freeze/unfreeze the card

  1. Tap on Cards (💳) at the bottom menu

  2. Select the card you want to freeze

  3. Click on the Freeze card (🔒) to freeze the card

  4. Confirm freezing your card by clicking on Freeze card

Permanently block your card:
  1. Tap on Cards (💳) at the bottom menu

  2. Select the card you want to block

  3. Tap on "Report and replace"

  4. Specify the reason for replacing the card:

    • If you have a physical card, you will have only three options: damaged, lost, or stolen.

    • If you have a virtual card, you will have only one option (stolen).

  5. Set your delivery location

  6. Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number

  7. Confirm by agreeing on the replacement fees, which is SAR 26 + for VAT

⚠️ Note: The option to request Tweeq's physical cards is currently unavailable.

View card PIN
  1. Tap on Cards (💳) at the bottom menu

  2. Tap on Card PIN

  3. Tap on View card PIN

Change card PIN

If you enter the wrong card Passcode too many times, your card will be blocked to keep it safe. do not worry! You can change it at any time from within Tweeq app:

  1. Tap on Cards (💳) at the bottom menu

  2. Tap on Card PIN

  3. Tap on Change card PIN

  4. Enter the new card PIN

  5. Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number

View card details
  1. Tap on Cards (💳) at the bottom menu

  2. Tab on show card details

  3. Enter Tweeq app passcode

Other card settings

To control other card settings, Turn the toggle on or off to activate or deactivate the following card settings:

  • Contactless payment service

  • Online payment

  • ATM withdrawal

  • Payments abroad

How can I get the digital card?

  1. Tap on Cards (💳) at the bottom menu

  2. Tap on at get your card now

  3. Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number

How many digital cards can I get?
In the meantime, you can only get one digital card

Can I use my digital card for online purchases?
Yes, it will surely work if the online store has Mada or Mastercard networks; however, if the store doesn’t have Mada or Mastercard, the payment might succeed, but it will cost you additional fees.

What is the Validity of Tweeq cards?
Tweeq card validity for both digital and physical cards is 5 years from the digital card's creation date.

Is there a chance Tweeq will freeze my card if I don’t use it?
If we notice that no activities are happening in the account for a long period of time, we might freeze your account, and we will inform you before any action takes place; upcoming are the scenarios that could lead to a freezing account:

  1. Zero balance for 90 days since the account opening

  2. Zero balance for 4 years after using the account

  3. D/Iqama expired without updating it or didn’t update the personal information for a long time

  4. the account has been inactive for 5 years

  5. Exiting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia permanently (non-Saudi users)
