ATMs cash withdrawal
Introduction
You can withdraw money from any ATM around the world that has Mada or Mastercard service on it with Tweeq physical cards; if the ATM doesn’t have mada or Mastercard logo on it, that means the ATM is not supported, and we don’t recommend you to use it.

ATM Withdrawal Outside KSA: Local Currency vs. Home Currency
The ATM operator charges additional fees for ATM withdrawals in several countries worldwide. These fees can be either a fixed amount or a certain percentage of the total withdrawn amount deducted from the total amount the customer withdrew. These (additional fees) differ from the fees set by us (the card issuer) and are beyond our control.
It's important to note that some ATMs give the customer two withdrawal options (in local currency or in the currency of the card account, "Saudi Riyal"). If you are presented with these two options, we advise you to withdraw in local currency. For example, if you are in Britain, choose the Pound, as the currency exchange rates from Tweeq will be applied, resulting in a lower total amount deducted from you compared to the amount deducted if you choose the second option: withdrawal in the currency of the card account.
