4. any negligence on your part, strict liability or willful misconduct; or
5. Your use of the Wallet Services provided by the Company or for purposes other than those authorized by these Terms and Conditions.

27. Are there geographical limits for using the application outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?

The company or the application does not guarantee that the content provided in the application is appropriate to be presented outside the borders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and access to the content provided may be illegal or contrary to the law in some countries.
During your use of the application, you undertake to comply with and apply the laws of the country in which it is located, and if you access the content from a country other than the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you bear all damages or losses resulting from the possibility of illegal content in that country.
