Tweeq securely saves and syncs users' contacts to enhance and streamline the money-sending experience. Syncing contacts is essential for features like sending money, eliminating the need for users to memorize phone numbers. This data is also utilized to allow users to invite people who do not have Tweeq accounts. The data is stored securely on our servers and is never used for any other purposes.

Tweeq adheres to generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of the information in its possession.

Do I have to accept the privacy policy?

This Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the App’s terms and conditions. By submitting your information to us you consent to us using your information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the terms of this Privacy Policy, then you must stop using or accessing the App.

How is personal information collected by Tweeq?

We collect information when you use our mobile app and/or website. We also do this when you visit one of our social media sites. When you use our mobile app, website or social media sites, we can see:

  • What you view

  • How long you spend on pages

  • Your device & internet connection details such as: type of device you’re using, IP address and details about your internet connection, technical details such as your screen size and the software you’re using, such as your web browser.

  • Your country or region (not exactly where you are unless we ask permission)

  • Your unique advertising or other identification numbers allocated to your browser or device.

Does Tweeq share personal information with third parties?

Please note that to cooperate with governmental requests, summons, or court orders, or to protect other users or our systems, we reserve the right to disclose any information we consider necessary or appropriate, including your user profile information (ie name, email address, etc.), usage history, and content submitted to the App.

Any changes we may make to this Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on the App and, where appropriate, notified to you. By continuing to use the App you will be deemed to accept the changes to this Privacy Policy.
