To log in you just need to open Tweeq app and enter your passcode or use the biometrics to log in.

Login with the same number and a different device

To log in with a new device, you just need to do the same registration process without the Nafath ID verification steps :

1. Download Tweeq App from Apple store / Google play

2. Enter your phone number (the same phone number you created your account with)

3. Enter the OTP that was sent to your number

4. Enter your personal information

5. Allow the location permission

6. Enter the other OTP that was sent to your number

7. delete the old device from your devices list

8. Enter your passcode

Unfortunately, you only can use the app on one device

Does the app work on Huawei and Windows smartphones?

How can I reset my passcode?
If you forgot your passcode and you did not set your face ID login settings, you need to reset your passcode to log in; in order to do that, you’ll need a few easy steps:

1. From the login page, Tap on (forgot your passcode)

2. Enter the OTP sent to your device

3. Enter your date of birth and your ID/Iqama number

4. Set your new passcode

5. Confirm your new passcode

If you trying to login from a new device you’ll have to follow the registration steps.
