Lost or stolen card and ordering a replacement card
If your Mada (Physical) card was lost or stolen, don’t worry and follow these steps ASAP:
Tab on the card at the bottom menu on the home page
Tab on (🔒) to freeze your card
Tab on report or replace card
choose the replacement reason: damaged, lost, stolen
set your delivery location
Enter the OTP sent to your phone
confirm by agreeing on the replacement fees, which is SAR 26 + VAT
⚠️ Note: The option to request Tweeq's physical cards is currently unavailable.
